The place is in a beautiful area. I was looking for lots of space with lots of bedrooms and I got what I was seeking. The place was clean and proper. Everyone had a good time.

Good: so many bedrooms and bathrooms, lots of space, old charming house, beautiful surroundings , play set for kids outside, beds are comfortable and relatively simple check in and out. Not Good: the overall quality of everything in and around the house feels like it’s just enough to get by. Air hockey and pool table are a nice touch but are beat up. Couch is dirty, sidetables broke , deck has a frat house feel with dirty plastic chairs, hot water comes in and out, ironing board is a joke but iron is good etc etc. I spoke with Ricky’s two assistants several times — not sure if Ricky ever engaged or exists. We received a partial refund for some of the inconveniences - which I appreciate. Not as much as I asked for but still something.

Nice old home beautiful view of lake and bald eagles nesting. Plenty of space in the home.

The good: There was plenty of space. there's a playset outside for the kiddos too. pretty view. The bad: It's an old house and maintenance needs to be done. The master bathrooms upstairs did not have hot water. The couch was dirty. The air hockey table and pool table had seen better days. The patio area was dirty. The appeal was that we all would have our space and bathrooms but because some bathrooms did not have hot water, that didn't end up being the case.

Pros: Comfortable beds Responsive to issues Large space for group Cons: Raw sewer leak in basement Non working heater for part of our visit Dirty and stained furniture Damaged pool table and air hockey table that was usable but not what pictures represent Hair in bathroom Fingernails in closet No internet/TVfor first 24 hours due to host not paying bill Broken bed in one room Overall not what we expected and were very disappointed. Book somewhere else if given the option.
