This was not the first time I had been in this place! I deffinetly glade that I found this variant. For us (family 3 person) it is really great! Wi-fi is fast and great for work, a quiet place, with convinient infrastructure. I highly recomended it!

It’s a great choice! The apartment is located in a condominium. There are a swimming pool, parking, gym. Clean, well-maintained territory, friendly staff. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable long stay. It's like you're at home. It feels like a lot of effort has been invested here. It's very valuable. According to the location, it was convenient for us. It's not as noisy as in tourist areas. There is everything you need nearby. Watanya and her sister are friendly! I totally recommend to stay here. Almost immediately, we extended our stay here for another month. Because it is a great variant!

A great place for long term stays in a local community- so much so that we extended our reservation twice! The host and her sister were friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout the stay. Great, enormous pool, sauna and gym within the building, several cafes, salons, mini marts and eateries within a short walk and a larger grocer and mall within a 10-15 minute walk. Location is close to the airport. The unit itself was very clean, had everything we needed for a month long stay with 3 small children and plenty of space. I think if it had some items for little ones (high chair, baby bath/cot) it would have been even better but we did without these just fine. The host also provided many thoughtful extras like snacks, waters, coffee & even extra toiletries in case we ran out. We loved coffee in the morning on the very large balcony. I also appreciated having plenty of cleaning supplies since we were there quite some time. Great value & great hosts!

Watanya was a great host, very responsive. We met with her sister for check in and she helped us through the process of getting our faces scanned for the building and gave us the keys. The condo was very clean and had all the necessities. The front desk will call you a taxi, which was very helpful.
