Great location, very responsive hosts, very clean space. The only thing is that some of the cooking amenities are very basic -- salt, pepper, pots, pans, and utensils. Things like olive or other cooking oil would have been nice. I would ask the hosts if more blankets are available in advance if you tend to be cold. But this is a very minor thing and overall this was a wonderful place, extremely easy to get to the beach and boardwalk, which is exactly what we wanted.

We had a great stay! Everything was exactly as listed and pictured. The hosts were very responsive and we had everything we needed and then some.

We had a wonderful stay at Jack & Vivian's apartment! It was clean, convenient location, and they provided amazing coffee. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Seaside Heights, quick walk to the beach and boardwalk. They were very responsive and communicated with us throughout our entire stay!

We had a great time staying at Jack and Vivian’s place. The apartment was easy to find, parking was easily accessible, and it is in a great location. Check in was simple as we received an email prior to check in with all of the passwords that we would be needing to access each door of the building. Once inside of the apartment we were pleasantly surprised with how clean, beautiful and spacious everything was- just like the pictures. The hallway, stairway, laundry area and shared deck were all well kept and clean as well. We enjoyed the large private deck that the apartment included. The location of their apartment was perfect for us. It was a short block away from all the fun at the beach, boardwalk and Casino Pier. Additionally, it is about 2 blocks to the waterpark in Seaside and also a smaller waterpark for little ones in Seaside Park. Overall, we would highly recommend Jack and Vivian’s place for your stay at Seaside!

I came here with 7 other friends for a short getaway. Our stay was amazing! We had some issues with the AC due to a storm that came through. We were assisted right away and the problem was fixed! Very beautiful space and around the corner from Drifters (highly recommend) and just a few blocks from the boardwalk! We also were able to go across the street to a convenience store to get snacks/breakfast to cook. It really was a lovely experience. I would definitely book again!!
