Let's start with the positive things: the house is spacious, it is located in a wonderful place with an amazing view on Garda Lake. It has a nice fireplace and there are also 2 wood stoves. The ping pong table is fantastic. The problems were the state of maintenance and the cleanliness. The bathrooms would need to be reviewed and modernised, you can see that they are a few years old. In one of the bathrooms it was almost impossible to take a shower due to the little (and cold) water. But, most af all, we were absolutely not satisfied with the level of cleanliness. We found several cobwebs, dust, dead insects, ants and spiders in various places. The fridge and freezer were in really really really bad conditions. It should be considered that cleaning is paid for, and a lot too (247 euros, in our case).

Il posto è molto bello e la casa è grande e accogliente. Purtroppo però ci siamo ritrovati ad affrontare un'esperienza molto negativa. Pochi minuti dopo il check in, abbiamo notato un incendio nel giardino della casa. Il referente della casa non ci ha fornito nessun tipo di assistenza, abbiamo dovuto provvedere ad affrontare il problema che era già presente al nostro arrivo da soli, tanto che abbiamo anche dovuto chiamare i vigili del fuoco in autonomia (vista la grande quantità di foglie secche e sterpaglie l'incendio è stato domato completamente dopo parecchie ore). Il referente si è presentato poi nella proprietà ma senza fornire nessun tipo di aiuto per poi riandarsene senza avvisare e lasciarci con il problema non risolto. Inoltre mi sono procurato un piccolo infortunio durante lo spegnimento delle fiamme. Il primo giorno della permanenza è stato quindi passato in questo modo. A due settimane dall'accaduto non abbiamo ancora ricevuto una conferma circa un rimborso

Maison spacieuse située dans les montagnes au calme. 4 chambres idéales pour les familles. Environ 20min des commerces et du bord du lac. Hôte très accueillante et maison propre. La vue est magnifique.

Die Location war wirklich top. Es gab einige Verständnisschwierigkeiten, aber das war in den Griff zu bekommen. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir werden hier definitiv wieder buchen. Alleine schon wegen dem Ausblick!
