große, saubere, gut organisierte Wohnung mit alles, was man braucht, einschließlich einer Flasche Sekt zur Begrüßung. Sie liegt im 26. Stock, man muss also eine Treppe hinaufsteigen, und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer und die Stadt. Larissa war sehr aufmerksam, als wir ankamen, stand der Hausmeister schon an der Tür und wartete mit den Wohnungsschlüsseln auf uns.

We spent a 9 day holiday with 4 guys in Larissas place and it was awesome! 25th floor penthouse with unbeliveable views over the city and the ocean. Everything was even better than excpected. Clean and tidy with everything we needed for a great stay. We will surely rent again when visiting Alicante next time. Five stars is not enough!

Although the neighborhood doesn’t look that pretty, the apartment is gorgeous. Several restaurants and little supermarkets nearby. Close to the beach and easy to get to the city, beach or port of Alicante. The view from the balkony is unique❤️

Beautiful place hosted by a great host. Penthouse: Great property with plenty of space. There were 5 of us and we never felt cramped. Great sized bathrooms. Balcony wraps around the entire penthouse and the views from the master bedroom are incredible with the mountain to your left and coast in front of you. Amenities: Everything anyone needs was available and more; felt more like a hotel than a private listing! Location: Great few local shops just outside the building for amenities. Tram stop a 3 minute walk away. Located approx. a 10 minute drive (20 minutes on Tram) from San Juan Beach. Access to your own small private beach. Albufiera beach is a 5-10 minute walk away. Free local parking. Location is ideal in that it is exactly in between Alicante town and San Juan Beach. Airport is <20 minutes away. Great host with great communication, easy check in and check out. One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed at; couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Fantastisches Penthouse!!! Die Fotos können die Schönheit der Realität nur bedingt transportieren, die Aussicht ist einfach unglaublich und nicht zu beschreiben! Direkt am Meer auf ca. 70m Höhe über allen Dingen mit einem 270 Grad Blick über die Bucht, fantastisch! Wir sind regelmäßig aus familiären Gründen hier in Alicante und haben viel gesehen aber dieses Penthouse ist definitiv das Highlight!!!
