I recently booked an Airbnb for a week-long stay, hoping for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, my stay quickly turned into a nightmare due to the lack of air conditioning for three out of the seven days. This blatant disregard for guest comfort has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. Upon discovering the air conditioning issue, I immediately contacted the host to inform them of the problem. However, their response was slow and unhelpful. They seemed disinterested in resolving the issue promptly, leaving me to suffer in the sweltering heat. A good host should prioritize the comfort of their guests and be responsive to their concerns.
