Joana est une personne sympathique qui a toujours répondu à mes questions dans un temps assez rapide et avec précision. Le logement est agréable mais manque d’entretien (sol collant, réfrigérateur et machine à café sales, douche tiède, ampoules manquantes, poussière, etc) et de quelques accessoires (éponge, torchon de cuisine, etc) pour être mieux noté et encore plus apprécié. Les fenêtres sont en bois et assez vielles, ce qui laisse passer beaucoup de bruit mais surtout le froid en cette saison, un remplacement serait un vrai plus. Enfin, Joana a accepté la demande pour le weekend de nouvel an en last minute, ça a été plus qu’appréciable.

L’appartement était très bien situé proche du métro et bus vraiment rien à dire. L’appartement est vraiment très bien et parfait pour un couple et notre petit chien, juste un point négatif cuisine pas bien équipée et la propreté pourrait être mieux vraiment dommage car sinon tout était parfait. Merci pour le séjour et la réactivité.

Joanna was a friendly host and communicated well throughout my stay. The flat is cosey and nicely decorated - feels homely. Great location and has the potential to be a really great stay. With a bit more care it would have made it excellent. Some maintenance to the property needed including broken lights and cleanliness of the kitchen and a deep clean. Enjoyed my stay but for the price it would have been even better with these touches considered.
