房子位置好,走三分钟就到河边，购物也方便,社区很安全，房东人很好, 入住时还给准备了一些食物，回复信息很快

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this AirBnb. The location with access to a private green meadow at the back of the property is rare and beautiful. The 10 minute walk into Richmond town centre walking over a bridge over the Thames near local riverside pubs and all amenities including a fast train into Central London makes this a truly excellent location. It's also close to parks and Kew Gardens for nature lovers. Hosts were very attentive, great communication. Would stay here again.

The apartment was roomy but not what I expected. The area is pretty and very close to the river but quite a distance from the city. The accommodation was dirty on arrival. When it rains, the apartment front door is difficult to get to as it is surrounded by water. We were disappointed that the apartment didn't match the pictures online. In reality it was more rundown and in need of maintenance. There was loud noise from the house above the apartment on three of the nights we stayed through to the early hours of the morning. The host was apologetic about the state of the apartment and open to communication but unfortunately, I would not recommend this accommodation in its current state.

Quite simply the best Airbnb I've stayed at. The whole host family was so helpful and kind, and were happy to help out with any last-minute request. You'll know from the moment you step in that you're in good hands. The neighborhood is an 11/10, gorgeous and close to the river and minutes from downtown Richmond. Looking forward to my next stay!
