Excellent 2 day stay - welcomed with a Christmas tree all lit up the house was warm cosy clean and just what we were after - even better as within walking distance of our NYE party and Tesco! Thank you for the welcome gifts too - we recommended the house to our friends in Fakenham if they had too many guest to accommodate! Thank you

Place was easy to find and the place was immaculate. A nice welcome package of mince pies and Prosecco. Easy instructions to follow exactly as it was described. when ever you text you had an immediate response.

This is a beautiful cottage to stay in, refurbished to a high standard, with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. Clean and very well presented. We arrived late evening on a cold night and were greeted by timed heating warming the house, which immediately made us feel at home. The beds were very comfortable and the neighbourhood is quiet at night. A very clean bathroom with good shower pressure. Cosy sitting areas with plenty of cushions and blankets. Perfect central location. Friendly and responsive host.

We had a lovely couple of days here. Super clean house, comfy beds and all the amenities we needed. Ellie is very friendly, helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend!
