Nice place to stay and visit. House is clean, all in order and perfect for bigger family! Had an opportunity to watch sunrise that morning, in which the house is less than 5 minutes walking to the beach.

Glenn's place is in a very practical location, an easy walk to restaurants, shops and beach. Despite a couple of practical issues, which were dealt with promptly and effectively, we had a lovely couple of days here.

It’s perfect for quite time. Very clean, easy check in check out, walking distance to sandy beach which is not crowded.

When we booked the property it had not been finished and there were no photos to look at. The host had applied a discount and assured me that all would be finished prior to our stay. He has other properties and reviews were reasonable so i decided to go ahead and book. My main concern was that communication prior to the stay was a little lacking. I had to chase a number of times to check for photos/if the property renovations were complete and check in details - this would have been much smoother if there had been some proactive communication rather than me having to chase. I appreciate that there were some delays but being informed is always better. There were finishing touches that weren't complete when we stayed that i gather have now been attended to. The parking space allocated to the house is very tight and there is building going on at the rear of the property that tradespeople are needing to access past the car. I couldn't fault the location of this house being so close to the beach and local amenities. I can see that with a few tweaks this stay could be much better!
