Overall, the glass house was amazing. Had a great care taker there.
We came for celebrating my sisters birthday. The location was amazing, the property is new and looks modern luxurious. There are acs installed as shown in images but they don’t work. As the property is kind of a glass house, it heats up terribly during the day time and without acs it’s impossible to stay indoors during day. So we were celebrating her birthday and suddenly at 12:45 AM the lights were gone, everyone else had lights only our property was in the dark. I called the staff available but he said there is some fault, after 4 hours there was no water available in the bathrooms that was the time at 4 AM when we started complaining as all our phones were off and there was no electricity and power backup for 4 hours. Then the host woke up and started the electricity, if it was such a small task why the hell did they leave us in dark for 4 hours without light and water? All over the property is good, location is great but basic necessities light, water, good wifi missing.
Amazing view & architect along with excellent food. Overall a nice experience....
One of my best times I had Galsshouse in Ranikhet! 360 degrees amazing panoramic views. Services offered by the Chef and Care taker were top of the line. Worth visiting again and again. Cheers
