The suite sounds just okay, but certainly not something near perfect. It lacks cookware and other utensils, so if you want to reside for a long time, you might have hardship for cooking. Moreover, the internet is quite volatile. It is very likely for you to be disconnected at any moment, which happened to me at the middle of couple online meetings. With those being said, the location seems convenient, near to almost anything such as restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy, etc.
