We spent a wonderful week at Javier's house. he is definitely a super owner and his house deserves to be called a super house. It has coziness, comfort, cleanliness. Even before arrival, he carefully monitored every detail and did everything to make us comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment for a family holiday with children, as there is a wonderful swimming pool with warm water on site and a children’s playground nearby. During our stay, we received support and help literally in a matter of minutes. This is worthy of respect and admiration! we will definitely come here again! Thanks Javier and see you soon!

We have come with my husband to Javier apartment for 2 months. From first step into the flat we were amazed about the space - it was better than on the pictures, and what was the most impressive that you have felt like you are entering home of some friends. The apart It' s not as usually you have the RENTING flats - it is really like a HOME :-) The apartment full fill all needs for the long stay, you have really all equipment for daily usage and more- very clean and comfy. Terrace and small garden with tree of hibiscus which had a beautiful flowers during our stay:) Complex of the buildings, swimming pools and gardens are very well maintained, in south of Spain it's rarity. And on the end - Javier is really kind& nice guy, fantastic in communication - he organise for us everything - as we have to work during our stay he organise the desk and chair to make a small office for us. We were really comfy and happy there:-)

Hibiscus nos a dado una estancia excelente .La casa está prácticamente nueva, decorada con mucho gusto,esta llena de rincones que te hacen sentir como en casa .Tiene muchos detalles que te ayudan a tener una estancia completa . En la terraza tanto los niños como los adultos disfrutamos de unos ratos fantásticos . Javier estuvo en todo momento pendiente ,facilitándonos cualquier duda que tuviéramos . Detalles como Netflix o HBO nos fue genial para que los niños pudieran tener su rato de TV. Agradecer que nos dejaron dos tumbonas y sombrillas para las excursiones a las playas de alrededor.Muy recomendable la playa de los Comederos y La Carolina . Comer o cenar unos espetos en el chiringuito de la playa no puede faltar en tu estancia. Destacar las piscinas ,sobre todo la de al lado de la playa,pese a las restricciones "parecen del ejército" son sin duda la joya de la corona de la estancia. Sin duda volvería y los recomiendo al 100% .

el apartamento de Javier es tal como está en el anuncio. Javier estuvo pendiente de darnos todas las intrusiones paso a paso desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. La casa tenía de todo lo que puedes necesitar, estas como en casa. Las instalaciones son maravillosas y igual que la piscina. Nos a costado mucho volver a casa estabamos muy agusto. Espero poder volver otra vez. Gracias por todo javier
