This is a lovely villa conveniently located in the heart of Rincom de la Victoria. As we were four generations aged from 6 months to 80, the flat short walk to the sea and all the shops and restaurants made the location perfect. There are two good sized supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. The outside area was exceptional with plenty of space and seating for our group of 11. The outdoor kitchen and pool meant that we could spend all of our time outside with plenty of shade if needed. Inside is as described, perfectly adequate for our needs and access to streaming services on the tv kept the children happpy as well. David and his brother were very friendly and communication was great.

Excellent location for large family or group- 2 minute walk to local mercadona supermarket and a few minutes walk to cafes restaurants and beach. Lovely outdoor area with barbecue/ oven and pool (unheated which is normal for area) large pristine kitchen with all utensils. Bedrooms are older requiring some maintenance/ second coat of paint but very comfortable beds and blackout blinds so didn’t worry us. Would stay again.

Hallo, Wir waren mit sechs Erwachsenen, drei Kleinkindern und einem Baby für 2,5 Wochen bei David im Haus. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. David ist sehr hilfsbereit und super zu erreichen. Die Lage ist wunderbar. Wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und nur eine halbe Minute zum Supermarkt. Es gibt mehrere Spielplätze in der Nähe. Malaga ist sehr einfach und günstig mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Das Haus ist schön groß und der Garten ist toll. Innen müssten einige Stellen renoviert werden.

The Villa was great and perfectly located just a short walk from the beach and local amenities. Inside, perhaps it could do with a little tlc but the owner seemed to know this and it definitely didn’t detract from our stay. Communication was good and we had a friendly greeting on arrival. The price was absolutely great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

Fiel a la descripcion y las fotos, excelente localizacion con respecto a la playa y a un supermercado. Se nota el uso de algunas cosas pero no suciedad. Anfitrion muy amable
