Vienna hotel was a solid budget stay location. First off, getting to the hotel was very easy from the airport. Shuttles were available to take us right to the door. Check in was fast and smooth. Upon entering, the rooms were nothing over the top, but the view from our balcony and the rooftop bar were absolutely world class. During our stay, a few amenities needed to be fixed, such as the room’s phone and the toilet, which stopped filling with water a couple times. The shampoo and body wash containers were empty, but housekeeping refilled them quickly after being made aware. There was only one room key card provided. Since we had to leave the key in the power slot during our stay (we had food in the fridge), we had to ask for assistance every time we got back to the hotel and wanted to re-enter our room. Not a huge issue, just a slight inconvenience. Staff was helpful overall, and Esen communicated quickly and efficiently. Thank you for a great stay!

Très bel hôtel, piscine agréable, hôte très accueillant et pro-actif (ils nous ont réservé le tuktuk pour notre départ à la gare et préparé gentiment un petit déjeuner à emporter de leur propre initiative!) Très bien
