One standout feature of Sean’s place is its prime location, close to excellent dining options and popular attractions. The house itself is impeccably clean with a well-designed layout, tidy bathroom, and robust water pressure. The spacious room adds to the comfort of the stay. Sean also ensured a smooth self-check-in process with clear instructions and promptly addressed any questions we had. Overall, our experience at his house was thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing.

Casa Montana is one of the unique finds in Tagaytay, you will be feel right at home as the resident is located in private and peaceful subdivision. The location is also walkable to all great dining places in Tagaytay Rotunda. Definitely, we will go back again to stay.

Everything really went smoothly. Lan was very responsive and friendly towards the communication. The description of the house really match from the expectation. Me and my friends didn’t find any flaws from the place. We haven’t given a chance to meet Lan personally but overall satisfaction was superb! It’s 11/10 for us. 😊❤️

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the peaceful neighborhood and private yard. Ang laki ng space to hangout, nag enjoy din ang dogs namin sa area.

Overall a pleasant stay for me and my family at Casa Montana. House was very homey and peaceful. A good place to relax and chill. Lan was very responsive of my queries, we did not have a hard time in going to the place nor going inside the village since the guards were very approachable. My mom is a PWD, and the walkway/driveway has mosses so we had a hard time in getting her inside the house since the ground is not cemented and the wheelchair cannot pass through that's why we had to carry her inside. However, it was still difficult for us because the ground was slippery due to the moss build up so we had to be extra careful while carrying her. Nevertheless, the experience we had is awesome! Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Ambiance was very relaxing. Complete kitchen utilities, bath towels provided, and Lan provided us an extra mattress since we were a group of 8pax. Thank you Lan! 😊
