Modern, spacious and comfortable house in the heart of Alajuela, minutes away from SJO airport and walking distance from restaurants, supermarkets, shopping malls and more. The house has 3 bedrooms (all with AC) and 2.5 bath, garage for 2, 2 living rooms and a patio. High speed Fiber Internet everywhere and a work area with wired internet available. The house has been fully equipped so that families up to 8 can feel like in your second home.
