We rented out this house for my sisters bachelorette party. It was absolutely everything we had hoped it would be! The house was spacious enough for everyone and placed in a really nice area. We will definitely be back! We are looking forward to making it an annual get together!

Conveniently located near Campbells Point Marina, that has a boat ramp and offers overnight slip rental! Also a short drive to town for all grocery needs! Property has a long enough driveway to accommodate parking for boat.

Andrew was so very kind. when my family arrive we saw a card and a bouquet of flowers. Andrew knew this trip was originally planned for my Mom's birthday, and that she had recently passed away unexpectedly. our family knew my mom would of wanted us to go celebrate her and our family being together. Before my mom passed she said you will know I'm there with you when you see yellow roses and rainbows. In this bouquet the was one single beautifully perfect yellow rose. Reading the card Andrew left & seeing that rose braught us all to tears. It was a bittersweet trip, but Andrew made such a difference and made us feel at home right away. Thank you Andrew.

Overall the stay was really good. The rooms are nice and big as well as the kitchen. Has all the utensils you need. I cant quite give it 5 stars for two reasons that may not bother you. First, the WiFi is terrible. Basically unusable. Not a huge deal since we were out and about but when all the TVs only have streaming, it makes them useless. Also makes it difficult for kids to use tablets. Secondly, the rooms need blinds and curtains. If you're not an early riser then being woken up at 6 am is not going to be fun. But like I said, overall a good place to stay.
