Stayed at Andy’s place with a group of 5 of us for 5 days at the Edinburgh Fringe. Great location within 5 minutes walk of the tram station at Murrayfield and the Roseburn bus stop into town. There’s a convenience store right around the corner which made getting breakfast goods easy plus Andy kindly left fresh milk, bread and butter in the fridge which was greatly appreciated. The flat was comfortable and had everything we needed including a washing machine. There is only one key which may be a factor for bigger groups (just means good communication if you’re splitting off to do different things!). This was the perfect pad for a festival visit, would definitely use again, it would also be good if visiting Murrayfield for sporting events as it’s just at the end of the street!

Andy was very helpful. The apartment was great for our family and location was very convenient with a Tesco store nearby and near the city center. Would certainly return again!

Andy’s place is amazing. Great location, access to city is easy with the tram station just a few minutes away, convenient supermarket just down the road. The apartment immaculate, beds super comfortable, towels provided were clean and luxurious, kitchen well equipped. The development itself was quiet and calming with a nice garden. Andy was very responsive and communication clear and eas y. Two thumbs up, highly recommended.

This apartment was immaculately clean and Andy responded quickly to all of our requests. He was very accommodating with respect to early/late check-out which we appreciated greatly traveling with our toddler. All of the essentials were on hand including eggs, bread, milk, coffee and tea in the kitchen. We would definitely choose this apartment again!
