Great house, had some issues with the door lock app, Gabby was quick to respond and solve the problem. Place was clean and inviting, wouldn't hesitate to stay again, thanks Gabby!

Great location, safe and comfortable, family friendly, nice neighbors and close to the Fountains, Galleria and more. Home has cute minimalist decor, but middle bedroom not pictured in photos is pretty dark requiring multiple lamps to be on to provide sufficient light. Master bedroom and bath is a great space. Super comfortable Nectar mattresses. Master closet has great organization and bonus was motion sensor rechargeable wall lights that just needed to be charged. Loved the fire feature in the living room. The outdoor lights added some ambience at night, which was nice. But as another reviewer mentioned the backyard needs attention. Mostly weeds, overgrown flowering plants and two camping chairs. Appreciated the host quickly contacting a handyman about a few minor repairs that needed to be completed, My only real issue was with the age of the house and the wood floors, every noise in the house was amplified. Overall great stay for a few weeks while waiting to move into our new home

Beds were AMAZING, clean contemporary decor. Needs some furnishings as walls are BARE. Quiet, pretty neighborhood with parks and golf courses, which was very nice. Next to all the best shopping, restaurants, wineries! Appliances all worked and in great condition. Missing kitchen utensils and cookware. The outside front and back yard needed maintenance. Host stated gardener was coming on Saturday, at the END of our trip! Never happened. The back yard was unusable space due to weeds and no patio furniture except two beat up chairs. There’s a hot tub but not part of the amenities (looked to be in disrepair) No backyard patio furniture. Not enough comfortable seating in the living room (one sofa-comfortable , two side chairs-not comfortable) Lacked towels and washcloths for guest number (we had 4). Hygiene products were not eco friendly/non- chemical based. Cleaning products were not eco/friendly- non chemical based. No board games, except cards against humanity.

Great place to stay, central location, and the host was wonderful to communicate with whenever we needed something or had a question!
