eu e meu noivo nos sentimos na mais absoluta PAZ no apartamento, a janelinha faz todo o diferencial pra pegar um vento refrescante de noite enquanto conversa e ri, tem um barzinho bem em conta na esquina e um mercadinho do lado também, não fica tão distante do metrô e com certeza voltaremos

The location is ideal indeed: right at the beginning of Avenida Paulista, next to a subway station, full of infrastructure. Marcos is always ready to help, give advice. I witness his readiness to help and give support. I am thankful him. The only thing I would recommend is to set the blackout curtains: the apartment is on the first floor right in front of the streetlights. Another thing to be informed is the shower's feature in the apartment: it must be utilized under the summer regime of heating while taking it. Otherwise, after some minutes at the winter regime, the light goes down and the electricity controller must be switched off/on (it is in the hall out of the apartment) to restore the light.

Minha estadia foi ótima, o apartamento muito limpo, ótima localização, completo. Eu tive um problema pessoal e precisei ir embora antes, o Marcos foi muito gentil. Na próxima ficaria aí novamente.
