Pictures are a bit deceiving, place is dinkier than you expect. Front door has almost a 3/4 inch gap at the bottom when shut which is likely where the rodents come in. Location is ok but there is only a small access to the water line nearby and a long walk around the fence to get to the actual beach in the provincial park. BBQ works great. TV is useable. Firepit is good. Beds are decent but a bit uncomfortable. Kitchenware is plentiful and the complimentary water was nice (coffee too). Oven works and the range hood is good quality. Price is a tad high but it does sleep 6 people so thats likely why.

Quit and calm place. It was good, but it cloud be a better experience if it had some essential equipment like oil or toothpaste.

We really enjoyed our stay, after all it was named after me Sandy Beach hahaha ! You , your neighbourhood the people are so fantastic?!.... I will always cherish my time there and i cannot wait to come back !!! Such a.sweet cottage so cozy !!!!!! Wonderful people !!!!! You wont be disappointed ! I cant thank you enough for your kindness .... Sandy Mckelvey xoxoxoxox dont forget about me !!!

It was what was expected based on the listing. The location of the cottage was perfect in terms of beach access and close proximity to gas stations, Tim Hortons, other restaurants and downtown Orillia. The cottage was clean and all amenities included were clean and in good working condition.
