Shortly after arrival we noticed bugs on the kitchen counter. We assumed it was just “buggy Florida” & got some bug spray. We apprised the host, who didn’t ask for pics or offer a solution. We spent a few more days chasing and killing bugs in the kitchen, inside the dishwasher & in the bathroom. Finally, we sent a picture of one to our exterminator back home who said they are definitely cockroaches.🤢 Host manager also agreed that it was “definitely roaches”& he offered to send an exterminator the next morning. We asked about a credit on the 4 days spent battling what we now knew to be roaches. When he finally answered after a very delayed response, he offered a ridiculous $63 credit in total for those 4 days. Airbnb stepped in, and Host claimed that our pictures were not from his property. Easy to prove that we were not the ones lying with iPhone location under each pic. His own exterminator could have verified it as well. He quit responding to Airbnb so they covered us & flagged him.

We loved this place…the house was excellent, the Host was great and the backyard was beautiful…we definitely will be staying there again soon

It was a pleasant stay , the back yard was used every morning to enjoy coffee and kids to explore. It was close to restaurants and beaches. Neighborhood seemed to be nice.

I must state that the Luz’s were perfectly lovely. When we had concerns or questions they responded immediately. They were very polite and respectful
