Refurbished 2bed duplex on stunning complex with 2 swimming pools & pool bar well maintained gardens 250 metres from lovely white sandy beach ,200 metres to the promenade with bars and restaurants and garrucha marina a stroll away with plenty of watersports and restaurants .The waterpark is close by.The duplex can sleep up to 6 people ,The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with washer oven hob and microwave ,2 bathrooms with walk in showers.Aircon is fitted and balcony off both bedrooms casa sol y mar is a 2 bedroom duplex on a fantastic complex 250 metres from the beach with 2 swimming pools both have life guards ,there is also a pool bar serving drinks cocktails and food.The restaurants are a 5 min walk and are adjacent to the beautiful white sandy beach .You can stroll down to promenade to nearby Garrucha with its marina and seafood restaurants. There is also a large selection of watersports available here ,the next village along is mojacar with the lovely whitewashed mojacar pueblo sitting high looking down to the beach and restaurants and bars.

Had a really fabulous stay. The location was perfect after the chill of England it was wonderful. The property is spotlessly clean warm and comfortable. Tracey left some starter bits and pieces which was great. All in all would highly recommend it
Un apartamento genial. De los más equipados en los que me he alojado. Lo recomiendo sin duda. Volveremos seguro.
Comentar que mis 4 días en el dúplex con mi familia fueron espectaculares ya que la piscina está a 2 pasos y al tener una niña pequeña pues lo hemos aprovechado al máximo y nos sentíamos muy segur@s en la urbanización.Por otra parte también tenemos la playa cerca, íbamos caminando, también hay muchos restaurantes, supermercado cerca y la casa muy acogedora tanto la ropa de cama como la de ducha muy limpia. Necesitaba un sartén más grande y una olla grande se lo comenté y enseguida me dijo que me traería. El aire acondicionado era súper ya que el dúplex estaba siempre fresco . Muchas gracias por todo. Volveremos hasta la próxima.
