Jasmin is a friendly, responsive host; his apartment is quiet, modern, clean, and had everything a guest may need; the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is well laid out with good water pressure It is a 15-20 minute car ride from most sites in Quebec City; the Ille de Orleans is also easily accessible; a well stocked grocery store is located within a 10-minute walking distance Clear instructions were provided for everything; parking was straightforward (a numbered spot assigned to the apartment); check in and check out were smooth; entry to the building and the apartment is through electronic codes, which was very convenient Thank you, Jasmin, for sharing your apartment!

Great apartment with good provisions. Kitchen was well stocked including insta pot, mixer etc. close to a grocery store, waterfall and Ile d’orleans. Good for long term stay.

This was an incredible stay! The location was amazing. Everything looks exactly like it does in the pictures. It truly exceeded our expectations, especially for the price! I will absolutely be back!
