The code I was sent for the lock-box was incorrect, apparently because the housekeeper changed this without telling them, and this is something that could potentially have been a big problem since I ended up arriving very late. Luckily we managed to work around this, though, and Chloe and Simon were very friendly and reasonable about the situation. Other than that the apartment was very nice and we enjoyed our stay there. I should perhaps also note that there is a bit of traffic noise audible in one of the bedrooms (despite the double glazing).

We had a great time at The Bear. The apartment was immaculate, easy to access and right in the heart of Usk which made everywhere very accessible. We would highly recommend.
