Basement unit had some very bad odors. The most obvious was mold, which was found in the bathroom. It made the whole place smell like mold. If I had stayed any longer, I would have been made sick by the smell. The other strong odor was dog food. Anytime I opened any door, I got a whiff of dog food odor. There was hair visible in the bathroom and bed sheets upon check-in. The kitchen utensils tended to be greasy. Was not a great experience.

the unit is in the basement, very damp, no windows. we just left to stay in other place

Hi Jay”s it’s great host the place it’s amazing beautiful area everything you finding around the room with chicken and bathroom you find more than anything you need it beautiful and and clean place I recommend it’s perfect for a couple or single person thank you jay’s for everything definitely see you again

The space is as advertised, a nicely renovated basement unit with kitchenette, comfy lounge area, and single bedroom. It worked great for my purposes. Parking on the street worked fine, except arriving later in the evening, then it's harder to find parking and you might have to walk a bit more. The area had plenty of businesses nearby, but I found myself driving a bit to find a nicer downtown to spend more of my time. Overall, very nice and convenient stay, and Jay was helpful and communicative!
