For a superhost and seasoned traveler this is not the experience one would hope.The host had instant booking on her listing, but she was not there to greet me. She has a QR code for a bell that didn’t work either. After waiting 1 hour I contacted Airbnb to cancel the reservation, in the mean time she arrived and I decided to stay.That was a bad decision. The host didn’t think I had a valid reason to be upset, she said she had a personal matter to take care of and “things happen.” The room was not ready and I had to wait another 45 minutes for her to clean it. When I went inside the room, it wasn’t very clean and the big TV that was listed and displayed on pictures did not exist. She claimed a previous guest had broken it, but she did not bother to remove it from the amenities. I tried to do laundry, she said that I was only for guests who stayed over a week, that was not mentioned on the listing either. She also wanted me to leave earlier then check out time. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

A Clau nos faz sentir "donos da casa". Como ela mesma diz: minha casa também e de vocês! Uma casa muito bem localizada, com vista magnífica, ambientes confortáveis e rústicos... Casa limpa e ampla! Superou as expectativas!
