This house has the WOW factor, making it a special place to host a family gathering. The hosts were very responsive. Check-in was super easy. You pass the names of your guests to the hosts, and they pass those to the security guards for Vista Mar. The lockbox to the house is simple making entry and settling in very fast and easy! Construction and cleanliness of the house are perfect. There are neighbors immediately on both sides of the house. Walking to the beach takes 10+ minutes as it's not a direct pathway. Driving takes just a few minutes. The beach is small with some amenities. If you want to cook large meals, the stove is not powerful. Only one burner is strong, so it is slow. Kitchen utensils/plates are limited. The fridge/freezer are industrial/large/great, but they need to be fixed. They never got down to the right temps, even over night. Despite us confirming ahead of arrival, the dryer does not work. Otherwise the pool, bar, BBQ, view, and bedrooms are GREAT! Enjoy!

Well, I was really impressed with the house in general. Although, there are somethings to mention, 1. You rent the entire house but do not have access to all the rooms. The maids room was not included in the listing. But was wide open. 2. The dryer doesn’t dry. 3. The bathroom on the first room was clogged, even when the plumber came was not able to fix it. 4. The sink at the pool area was clogged, and dirty water was coming out of the drain. 5. There was a weird smell coming out of the kids bedrooms, the plumber mentioned there was an issue with the system. 6. There are no instructions on how to turn the pool system on or the lights the plumber had to assist us. In general the house is really good but the owners have to provide more attention to maintenance. The communication is perfect!

Our stay at this place was extremely good. The house was exactly as it was advertised. It had all the amenities as advertised. The communication with the Host was extremely good (best I’ve received in my time using Airbnb). They were extremely flexible with our check-in due to the current conditions in the country. Self check-in was very easy. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen and BBQ area were equipped and ready to use. We even received a welcome kit to the house. Overall I fully recommend staying at this place.
