This apartment is a gem. Located on the 4th floor (top floor on the side of the building), it is the only one in the residential complex that is much larger and more undisturbed than the other apartments, and has a higher quality finish. From each of the three rooms it offers a magnificent view of the sea, the marina and the cliffs. Sit back and relax - in this quiet, stylish accommodation with 50 sqm terrace. The pool reconstruction is done! The apartment has a stunning terrace of 50m2 with a table, chairs and deck chairs - and brand-new feature: A hammock. All bedrooms and living room are radiantly bright and have access to the terrace through large sliding doors. The apartment has: - a spacious living and dining room - two bedrooms (one bedroom with double bed, bedding, flat screen TV, dining table with two chairs and one bedroom with two single beds, flat screen TV, desk with computer and internet), - two bathrooms with WC (one with bathtub and one with shower, equipped with Jacuzzi bath towels and 2 bathrobes). - in the dining room there are two more sofa beds. 1 flat screen TV, stereo and DVDs incl. selection of movies, games and books. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, toaster, oven, dishes, washing machine and has enough kitchen utensils and dishes/glasses. The apartment complex has a communal pool (heated in winter) with extra wifi.

Het was een super mooi appartement. Alles was aanwezig. Je kan overal gebruik van maken. Ze heeft ons veel tips gegeven. Het was een fantastisch verblijf. Nogmaals onze dank voor deze geweldige locatie!
Incredible stay and location. The balcony had the best views and was perfect for sunsets / drinks after dinner. Couldn't ask for anything more. The pool was the cherry on top. Béa and her communication made the trip even better. She sent us a bunch of restaurant and beach recommendations that we followed religiously. Would highly recommend staying here!

Spectacular beach at about 800 m, 8-12 minutes walking distance. Swimming with a view of the giants is pure happiness!

We spend our winters in Tenerife in this apartment and rent it to wonderful Airbnb customers from Mai to end of October.
