We’re glad to have stayed at this gem! This discreet accommodation by the river and surrounded by utter nature was the relaxing getaway we needed. Laden’s place had everything we needed and more. Close to the Sequoias, we were able to enjoy a scenic ride and a hassle-free trip to the national park! Definitely will book again!
This home was really cool! We were visiting Three Rivers for a wedding and were really disappointed we didn't have more time to just be at the house. Stunning location. Hope to return !
Ladan’s communication was awesome. We had a big party from all over CA and even some out of state so coordination was tough in itself but Ladan’s responsiveness made everything easy for us. When a last minute group (small family) decided to join our trip, Ladan graciously offered another guest house that’s within the lot of the main cabin to accommodate all of us. We so appreciated this because it meant not having to redo our whole plan. Conveniently close to the park entrance and little town for necessities. We all had a great time, the bonus amenities (smart TV, hot tub, game room) were all great. Didn’t get to enjoy the deck/river trail that you can explore because we had a packed weekend but it must have been awesome to experience that. The place may be a little bit old (lighting can use an upgrade, etc.) but far from being rundown, just as described/pictured. Overall, we had a great time and Ladan was an exceptional host. Highly recommend!
This is a wonderful property with easy access to the river. It is very peaceful and looks just like the pictures. We had a couple of hiccups with the hot tub but Ladan was very responsive and even FaceTimed with us to help trouble shoot the issue.

I live in Los Angeles area and have had my vacation house in Three Rivers CA since 2011. I started to rent my vacation home toward later 2022. I love coming up here to relax and get away from city life. It's so calming and gorgeous.
