Our bedrooms have high-quality mattresses and fresh linens so you can get an amazing night’s sleep! Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed Bedroom 3: 2 full beds with ensuite bathroom The bathrooms come with all the essentials, including a hairdryer, towels, soap, and shampoo for your convenience. Our living room and third bedroom features a smart TV (with access to all major streaming sites!) for you to unwind with your favorite show. We also offer complimentary Wi-Fi for you to enjoy. If you prefer hands-on entertainment, we have a beautiful new pool table where you can challenge your friends and family to a game! While you will be near world-famous restaurants, sometimes nothing beats a meal at home with your loved ones. Our kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances for your next culinary adventure. We also have a BBQ and utensils for cooking up fun meals outside, as well as a sparkling swimming pool, hot tub all too perfect for the Las Vegas summers and nights. ** Pool Heating ** Pool heating is available so you can enjoy it during cooler weather! There is a $100/night (from Nov-Mar) and $60/night (from April-Oct) and it must be paid for the entirety of your stay. Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your check-in as we’ll need time to properly heat the pool for your stay. Depending on weather, the pool can be heated to approximately 84 degrees. Don’t worry if you run out of clothes or spill something on your favorite shirt. We have a washer and dryer in the house to get you looking your best.
