This was a historic hotel turned condo where all the rooms are privately owned and operated. Each room is 285 SF with a bathroom, kitchenette, Individually controlled air conditioning and heat. There is a coin operated laundromat on the second floor. Room 320 has a new (Sept 2023) queen bed, a desk, a mini kitchen with a small refrigerator, microwave, 12 Cup and maker, and TV. We are licensed for two guests. A professional cleaning company has been contracted to clean in accordance with CDC guidelines. We also have laundry pick up so you don’t have to worry about doing laundry. We provide clean bed sheets & bath towels and provide a courtesy starter pack (dispensed shower gel & shampoo, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper roll), to get your vacation started. Any additional items needed for your vacation is your responsibility. Dollar General is just around the corner and sells almost everything you may need (including some groceries and ice) during your stay. Maid service is available at cost during your longer visits. ONE parking pass is INCLUDED in our rental rate and will be located inside your room. Please display the parking pass on your dash for the duration of your stay so you won’t be towed. An additional pass may be purchased if parking is available. Other buildings charge $50-$60 for a parking pass when you check in so our rooms are the best value in the area! There is public parking located on the side of the building and metered parking at the beach. It’s first come first served. We are committed to Airbnb’s five-step enhanced cleaning process.
