This place is all about the view - it’s amazing! It makes you feel you’re somewhere special! Annamaria is an excellent host who responds very quickly and with a lovely manner. The apartment has pretty much everything you might need for a few days’ stay and is located close to the station and a fairly easy walk to the lake and the town. I have to admit I found the bed very uncomfortable and the shower situation isn’t perfect, but we really enjoyed our stay in Lugano, even despite the rain!

Annamaria is a very helpful host and we were comfortable, especially in the living room looking out at the beautiful view. Kitchen is well equipped. Unfortunately we are both light sleepers and found it hard to sleep with the noise from the busy road, as well as the train track, both very close to the bedroom.

It was my first trip and the first time I rented an apartment with Airbnb. Things couldn't have gone better for the first time. The view of the lake from the living room is simply great. The apartment itself is great, there is everything you could need on vacation. If I travel to Ticino again I know where I will rent an apartment.

The flat is in a great location - right by the train station - which made it really easy as a base to explore the city from. The views from the balcony were some of the best we saw of a gorgeous city! The flat itself was nice… although we didn’t need to open windows as we were there in spring, I imagine in summer if you wanted to open the windows at night the nearby road might be a bit loud
