We enjoyed our stay. This is an in-law underneath a house. It was very convenient for our trip to the falls and the surrounding area. It was clean and comfortable. There is very little living/seating space, which did not matter to us as we were out and about most of the time. We did like the small kitchen for prepping simple breakfasts and lunch for the road. Perla was responsive and easy to work with.

We had a great girls time! Perla was very accommodating to our schedule and who was attending with me. She gladly allowed my friend’s daughter to bring her service puppy free of charge (the puppy didn’t end up coming). The hot tub was ready to go and very private for use during our stay. The beds were very comfy and clean. 2 separate rooms are available and it was perfect for myself, my best friend and her daughter. We all had our own privacy and beds. I had an amazing bath experience because the tub was so clean and the water got nice and hot quickly. I brought all of my own spa/bath stuff and it was so relaxing. Perla provides some great smelling shampoo and conditioner for your stay. Espresso is available for a nice relaxing morning, while you sit on the comfy love seat in the dining room. Overall it was a great stay and we felt very at home. Our girls trip was a success and we would definitely recommend to others! :)

Would definitely like to come back next time I’m in the area. Perla made it easy, super helpful, and very friendly and accommodating. Felt very welcomed and there were great recommendations to near by trails as well. Really appreciate how kind and welcoming they were. Thanks for a great weekend away!

Perla’s place was conveniently located to Niagara Falls and local shopping/restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Perla made sure to reach out and check in often
