The host is a very friendly, communicative and helpful person, the pool was super cleaned, it is a large pool with depth variation and built-in hot tub, the space for the cars is enough for 3 medium - large cars or 4 compacts, the garage door is motor assisted and they give you the remote control, the kitchen is equipped with all you can need to prepare food for the whole family (15 in our case), all of the rooms are in upper floors and most of them are shared rooms, equipped with the essentials and if you need something else, I'm sure that the host will be pleased to help you with it. the the only opportunity of improvement may be a more helpful description of the rooms disposition, there are just two separated rooms and the others are shared rooms with some beds, not all the rooms have TVs and in the third floor there is no A/C. To sum up I will definitely recommend it to big families or a big group of people, whether for a meeting or to rest you'll have a great time.
