Linda vista , ótimo lugar , sugiro passear de barco , pois é mais tranquilo e tem menos curvas na estrada . Otimo lugar , calmo e tranquilo .

This place is a rare find. I still can’t believe we got a 5-star hotel view for such a low amount. The view is absolutely breathtaking. I found myself attached to the apartment after the first day. The locals are also very friendly. The area is a very peaceful area. The host, Paola, was very helpful. She was always checking up on us to see we were getting along. I want to book this place again. Ridiculously pleasant!

Excellente escapade! Paola est adorable, la vue est magnifique le logement superbe. Nous n’avons pas eu de chance, la piscine était en travaux (c’était bien précisé qu’elle était fermée en octobre sur l’annonce) et nous avons eu des travaux dans la résidence mais c’est indépendant de la volonté de Paola, et c’était le début de la saison basse :) En tout cas on garde d’excellents souvenirs du logement et du lac. Lieu du logement proche de beaucoup d’incontournables autour du lac!

Fantastic place with a fantastic view! Would happily recommend to anybody wanting to visit Como and we will be looking to go back in due course and will definitely be using this place again!

This review is from 70 something guests with slight mobility issues. The view is great however, this comes at a cost. The apartment is not easy to get to. From the car park there is approximately 150 metres of pathways, a lift, then a funicular and finally just under 50 steps. Not easy with luggage. Then to get to lakeside there are more steps that are a little uneven. The actual car space is also not easy to get into. The apartment is dated and needs a facelift. The shower unit needs replacing and is quite small. The bathroom is visible from the steps outside the apartment with only net curtains to maintain modesty. The washing machine was broken although still usable with an effort. Drying washing was a real problem. The apartment did not get any sun until very late in afternoon. The complex has at least 30 other apartments which was a surprise. The swimming pool requires a repaint and did not look inviting. Not recommended for those elderly less mobile people.
