Pravin is a very approachable and personable fellow and he goes out of his way to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. Large bed, AC and attached private bathroom in a quiet place. Highly recommended!

hi, i stayed for 4 months and this place felt like home. the moment i saw this, i knew im going to rent this. evn though i had to travel to my office to MRC Nagar which is about 12kM and 1hour drive..i still selected this place bcoz i liked it so much.. from the 1st day to the last day Pravin will proactively help whatever need you have.he is like family.he makes us feel like home. Very nice decent personality to hang out with. i dont think you meet a cool host lik Pravin on a daily basis. room simple have everything you require, he was so supportive that he gave me more appliances which is not mentioned in amenities for my use during my stay. place is not cluttered, no restrictions and you have full privacy as a guest. It never felt like an AirBnB place it always feels like my own home. You have everythng you need. Pravin is there 24/7 at your disposal for any of our requirements. Thanks alot Pravin. you are a great host. and you have a great place too. ill be back for sure.thanx
