Excelente, la escalera un poco estrecha y si tenéis equipaje grande es muy difícil subirlo, pero sabiéndolo antes podeis tomar precauciones, por estar cita en un callejón muy estrecho los autos incluso los taxis no pueden detenerse mucho tiempo para subir o bajar maletas o personas.

Great place in a great location. Near museums, restaurants, walkable area. Very safe and secure. Fabian was a great host—super responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

Súper ubicación, sin ruidos , súper amables sinceramente la mejor ubicación y sobre todo las vistas increíbles , si vas a Monserrate súper cerca al igual que la plaza bolivar

Fabian’s place is the perfect jump-off point for visitors. Also, the team managing this unit is very helpful and responsive. There was some noise at night from the bar downstairs but it was a non-issue. We would stay here again! Beautiful view as well.

We had a great stay ! The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Only thing I would suggest is to have a more dark curtain in 1 bedroom. From the moment the sun rises, the room is very bright.
