We had a pleasant stay at Peiman's place. The unit is exactly as described and check-in was very smooth. Peiman was very responsive. Overall, I definitely recommend it as it worth every penny.

Peiman's basement is a spectacular place, close to the main roads and transportation. The basement is spacious, the bed is spectacular and comfortable, the security of the neighbourhood is stunning, the TV is large, it is ideal for watching movies, the shower is very pleasing, and the kitchen is very spacious; the washer and dryer work wonderfully. Peiman and his family are spectacular hosts, always attentive to us. The noises from above are almost not felt, and the internet signal works at all times, as does the telephone signal. With my 3-year-old daughter and my wife, we ​​felt very welcome. Peiman's family even left a car as a gift for my little daughter. The price is spectacular, everything in Toronto is more expensive and the proximity to transportation, neighbourhood safety and hospitality of the Peiman family is worth that price and more. It was my first experience arriving in Canada with my little family, and I was waiting for this moment to thank Peiman's family👏👏👏👏👏👏

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were very responsive and accomdative. The bedroom was a decent size, spacious living and kitchen with a decent bathroom as well. All utensils were provided, and every appliance worked well. We had no disturbances, and the area was very peaceful.
