There were a couple of issues at check in time but Mathieu responded immediately, and immediately took steps to fix our issue, without any hesitation. He was professional and prompt and even shared a gift with us. He completely resolved the situation for us in a very short period of time. We would definitely recommend staying with Mathieu. The beautiful historic building that houses the apartment was large enough for our family group of 11. It is full of character and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Logement dans un quartier calme, propre, La pièce de vie est un peu sombre et étroite (nous étions 11)par contre la cuisine très agréable. Mathieu a été très réceptif aux petits manques. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Logement propre, pratique, très bien équipé, bien placé. Hôtel réactif et sympathique. Nous avions même un sympa pour Noël, petit plaisir pour toute la famille ! Je vous recommande ce logement sans problème.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Mathieu's place. Our hosts were very responsive and helped guide us when we needed recommendations or suggestions. The place itself felt like home and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. We were travelling with young children and this was exactly what we needed. The location was perfect too - very close to the ferry to QC, highly recommended restaurants and cute little shops within walking distance (if you like supporting local, this place has amazing options!). We will be going back again. Highly recommend this place!
