perfect experience !!!! Very comfy!!! Recommend everyone to check in! Close to Kensington town but not that far for every views. The landlord even prepared something as discreet as Bondi iodine! And the thoughtful introduction reply is also very timely and warm! Suitable for families or small friends to travel!

If you are coming to see Cavendish beach and the rest of the attractions, this is a much better place to stay than the places in cavendish itself. It’s new, clean and just a few minutes away. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Kathy’s place. The inside and outside of this property are very well taken care of. Clean and peaceful getaway. Kathy really thought of everything and was so accommodating. We are looking forward to staying again!

Great place for us and our kids and location for daily excursions. Has a great gazebo with fire pit, night lighting, and Adirondack chairs. Kathy was a great host. Has all the amenities that we have at our own house.
