this place is everything plus some. by far the best stocked Airbnb I have visited. I work from home and there were no issues. when I reached out, I received a response almost immediately. it was a safe area, plenty of food and nightlife options,great communication, great location, great view, and wonderful hosts.

We loved our stay at Cheryl's. We attended many events at the DCPA which is only a block away. So convenient. Great restaurants within easy walking distance and we are not young! Kitchen compact but very well stocked. We had several questions during our month long stay, but Cheryl was so quick to respond to each one and her answers were very helpful. The condo is beautiful with GREAT views of the Rockies! Highly recommended for a couple. Rebecca

Here are all my thoughts about Cheryl’s place in no order - all things I would want to tell someone thinking about staying. • The condo is super clean and nicely laid out for such a small space. The view of the city and mountains never gets old. • It is very quiet! • The kitchen has everything you need – Cheryl has thought of everything. • I was working remotely and found the little desk next to the kitchen to work well for that. • We were there for New Year’s Eve and we could see the fireworks from the balcony – also when the stock show came to town we could go a few blocks over and catch the entire parade. • It is down the street from where the Colorado Symphony plays – probably an 8 minute walk! • The parking spot is on the 4th floor and fantastic to have. It is nice and close to the elevators. • The 9th floor concierge desk is incredibly organized and helpful. The Community space on the 9th floor and gym has everything you would need for a workout and we used the
