A very luxurious home, perfectly located. If you plan to see Miami coma, the Everglades or the Keys starting from the same spot. The house offers everything a large group can expect, a lot of privacy, even if it’s in the middle of a large neighborhood. The pool area is beautiful, the perfect spot to spend an afternoon with some drinks. More than enough space even for a large group, especially the master bedroom and the master bathroom are huge. Everything is very clean, however, some of the furnishing will need an update. When we arrived, the kitchen was not equipped for our group of seven people, but the landlord reacted very fast, and immediately provided us with additional plates, glasses, etc. For us, it was the perfect location for a week in the southern part of Florida.

This was my first experience where not even basic salt and pepper were available. I ended up spending a lot of extra money to be able to cook on the premises and that also had to be very basic. They provide an abundance of pots and pans but no mixing bowls, oven proof baking dishes or baking sheets. The can opener doesn’t work and there isn’t even a whisk. The knives in the knife block are so cheap and dull they’re more of a health hazard. There wasn’t any foil, plastic wrap, baggies or anything of the sort. The dishwasher isn’t secured and scares you when it tries to fall out of the hole, the icemaker is frozen solid and not usable. They don’t leave any complimentary clothes detergent for the laundry nor beach towels for the pool. The noise detection system sent threatening texts in the middle of the night due to a storm. Expectations about garbage and recycling were sent midweek along with threats of additional fees. Don’t know the checkout expectations until the day before checkout.
