Booked this place solely on the reviews and every review was spot on. Perfect place for a one night stay before or after your flight into or out of BZE airport (10 minute drive). Bruce (Rachael’s husband) picked us up at the airport, took us to grab some lunch and then we headed up to Altun Ha Mayan ruins tour (-45 min drive). After the tour we went back to the house and Rachael delivered our delicious homemade chicken dinners we pre-ordered from her. The next morning we had a homemade breakfast by Rachael and then she dropped us off at the airport for our flight home. Of note is that there is no A/C but there are 5 large fans which provided relief from the 88 degree weather. This was a great stay and would definitely book this house again.

Excellent customer service, let us book a last minute tour and gave us a deep history of the country on the way there and back! Super appreciate their hospitality during our stay 😊

When visiting a country we love to live like the locals and this is why we enjoyed our stay. The home was perfect and we enjoyed a neighborhood walk when arriving. Bruce was so kind and we learned a lot from him about Belize as he drove us to the city to catch a bus. Rachel was a great an easy communicator. We knew exactly what to expect from the airport pick up and city transport.

Rachel was so kind. I didn’t get a chance to meet Rachel, but I communicated via the airbnb app. I bought 3 stew chicken meals from her and they were waiting for us when we checked in. It was so nice after a long flight with an infant. Our family of 4 stayed here for just one night, and there was enough room for everyone. Bring earplugs for the neighborhood dogs barking. Close to the airport.
