This is a Fantastic Find!!! I love how it is decorated. Bed and pull out sofa are both comfortable. Nice to have a private patio with comfortable furniture. Breakfast at the Café below was very good. Small town charm all around. We will definitely come back whenever we are in the area, which is a couple times a year. Thank you, Diane!!!

Phone service in Brownsdale is terrible. I checked in and put my luggage in the room. Then I went into town. When I came back, I tried multiple time but couldn't get outside lock to work. I texted host several times for help. She said she never received texts. I wasn't able to get back into the room and spent the night on the first floor patio. Airbnb refunded my money, since I wasn't able to use the room. The included breakfast was very nice--a choice of quiches and a huge cinnamon roll. Location is very convenient in the center of town. Diane was friendly.

What a great host. the bed is comfortable, as is the pull-out. The kitchenette is stocked with what you need to cook. The food at Alamo Annie's downstairs is worth the visit, including delicious homemade baked goods. It is only 10 minutes from Austin if you have business there. I highly recommend it.

This is a gem, quiet and quaint, relaxing and with fabulous complimentary breakfast.
