Private beach on the Gulf. A community dock with bay access. This bayside condo was renovated in October 2023 and it provides you with everything you need for the best, most relaxing vacation ever. The second-floor, 2-bedroom condo is located in a very quiet, well-maintained condo complex on Manasota Key. The condo is fully equipped and has amenities to make your vacation as comfortable as possible. There are great restaurants, bars, and shops all within a 5-10 minute walk.

Great place and location. Recently updated with the beach and pool just steps away. Perfect for our family with kids to relax and enjoy the island. Jim was easy to connect with, and the place was super clean. Would LL e to go back!
We loved our stay - great location and nice unit. Easy access to the beach, pool, and bay. Short walk to restaurants. However, the mattress on the king bed really needs to be replaced - it sags into the middle.
Great spot for our girls trip! the Jack and Jill style bathroom was very helpful. The location was perfect. we had steps to the pool and beautiful bay side dock. The walk to the private beach entrance on the side of the road was also very short. Jim was very responsive and helpful. Overall, Great stay!
The condo was easy to book and locate. Jim was very responsive to any questions. The condo itself was rather dated and in need of some repair and renovation. The mattress and furniture has seen some traffic. Overall, we really liked the proximity to the ocean and beach access. There were many things at the condo that made our stay easier such as a beach buggy, chairs, sand toys and sifters for looking for shells.

Englewood is located on the Gulf of Mexico between Sarasota and Ft. Myers. Easily accessible from Tampa (85 miles), Sarasota (42 miles), Punta Gorda (30 miles) and Ft. Myers (43 miles) airports. With easy access to so many airports and Interstate I-75, you will have many travel options available.
The condo address is 2450 N Beach Rd #232, Englewood, FL 34223. The best way to arrive is via S McCall Rd (776) to Beach Rd. Take Beach Road to Manasota Key and turn right at the roundabout. The condo is on the bayside so turn right at the "Sunburst Condominiums" sign at 2450 N Beach Rd. Park in the designated parking spot in the parking lot. Walk toward the bay and find your vacation condo on the right up the last staircase. Welcome to Paradise!
