Laundry room and courtyard give you plenty of sound proof privacy. The rest of the floors downstairs are concrete. The Kitchenette has microwave, 1 piece toaster, air fryer that broils and bakes as well. (It’s also oven big enough for pizza) Mini frig, sink keurig. The table inside seats 4. Double glass doors both open to the outside leading to the outdoor dining area, a seating area, charcoal grill and gas outdoor heater. Top story has 2 queen beds, electric fireplace, window ac, clothes rack, book shelves, chest for clothes, work area, desk, super fast wifi and TV.
