We had a wonderful stay in Ali's home and liked the bright and cosy apartment. It is all very clean and inviting, everything we needed was there. We slept wonderfully in that bed, there ist a heater and we really liked the shower. Southfields Station is just a 3-minute walk and you can be in the city in about 30 minutes. On the way you can have breakfast at the cool Drop Shot Coffee or Gail's, the latter one also selling delicious bread/pastries. There are a supermarket and several places to eat close by as well. We usually had breakfast at home. Ali provides all you need and provides supplies upon request. We could drink filtered water every day, which came in a nice glas bottle. There is even a toaster and a capsule coffee machine, which we really appreciated. I often enjoyed sitting on the terrace with a second cup of coffee before heading out sightseeing. And it was always nice to come home after a long day, have a little chat with Ali and relax. We can highly recommend a stay.

Second time staying here. Felt very comfortable and at home. Ali is very gracious and helpful. Location is close to shops and tube. We will be back.

Ali and her family were very nice, they provided lots of recommendations, which helped out with our planning. The room provided was clean, cozy and comfortable. The neighborhood was fun to explore, and is very walkable. There are plenty of cafés nearby as well as food options, and just as great that the train station is about a 2 minute walk!

Ali is a lovely host! The studio is a home away from home, and was perfectly set up and clean. I did find the studio hot on these warm summer nights (there is no air conditioning), but a fan provided some relief, and I also left the terrace door open to get some air flow. The location is in a nice quiet suburb, and is only a few minutes walk from the tube station, or bus stops. There is a fantastic cafe on the street corner! Lots of other amenities close by. The trains run along behind the property, but I found I got used to the noise. I would highly recommend this accommodation.
