This is a lovely, immaculate house! Less than 5 blocks to the beach & four blocks to Rehoboth Ave (main street) it's close to town yet quiet & restful. Walking/biking trails, public tennis courts, the boardwalk, boutiques, & restaurants are all within 4-5 blocks. Located in the sought-after “ Pines” neighborhood - known for its lovely mature trees - you'll enjoy a unique & relaxed ambience. Ride 10 minutes by bike (or 5 minutes by car) to beautiful Henlopen State Park. So much to enjoy! There are 4 bedrooms, a queen size sleep sofa in the living room and 3 bathrooms. The house sleeps 9-10 max which includes the Queen size sleep sofa in the living room. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the first floor and one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is located on the second floor. On the first floor - the large rear bedroom has a King size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower and its own large, private screened-in porch facing the back yard. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed. And the third bedroom has a Bunkbed with one Double bed and one Twin bed above. Those 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower off of the hall. The living room has a Queen size sleep sofa. On the second floor - contains a large fourth bedroom. It has a cathedral ceiling with a King size bed, and its own private second floor deck facing the street. The ensuite bathroom has a shower and separate bathtub. Upon arrival all bed linens will be available but beds will not be made. Towels, liquid soaps at the sinks and in the showers, and bath tissue will be provided in all bathrooms. The house provides a variety of outdoor living spaces. A dining patio is located off the dining room, a screened-in porch is located off of the rear first floor bedroom, and a deck is located off the second floor bedroom. The entrance patio also provides a seating area. There's also an outside shower on the side of the house for your convenience after using the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas, located by the back porch, are provided for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you'll need to make a great meal for your family including the following: a variety of spices and oils, plates, utensils, large serving platters, paper towels, napkins, sink towels, dish soap and dishwasher detergent. There is a gas grill next to the side patio ready to use. Parking There's parking in our driveway for 3 cars plus space on the street for 1-2 more. Two street parking hangtags provided. Note: These hangtags provide free parking on our street and also at the Deauville Beach parking lot. However, they do not provide free parking on the other main streets in Rehoboth. Please pay the parking fees at the parking meters on those locations.
